My name is Napper Tandy...yes big name for a little dog. I also have a big heart. Foster mom says I am a very good boy. I am crate trained (but really doesnt need to be), housebroken, I am wonderful with cats and dogs. It would be best in a home with older children and I would not be good with seniors...as I am always under my foster mom's feet. If you are interested in meeting me please fill out application. NO out of state applications and you MUST live within 30mins of Raleigh, Garner,and Smithfield area.
