Hi; my name’s Brody aka “white shadow” and I am a 4 year old miniature poodle. I came to RUFF because my mom had to go into a nursing home and I had nowhere else to go. Because my mom was incapable of caring for herself, she didn’t take very good care of me so I may not be the prettiest boy you see, but my foster family says my two-toned look is unique, just like me. I have always been loved, maybe a bit too much as I am still getting used to eating dog food and will beg to eat what you are eating especially fried chicken and french fries. I love love love children and sleep with the 4 year old girl in my foster home every night. I am great with dogs, cats, kittens and basically EVERYONE as I just want to be loved and am very sweet to everyone. My foster family calls me white shadow because I do have some separation anxiety issues and feel the need to be with you at all times. I don’t want to miss out on anything and have to follow everyone when they leave the room just to be sure they are safe and not having treats without me. Also, my foster family is impressed with how smart I am and how fast I am learning tricks, though I don’t know why since I would do anything to make them smile. If you are looking for a little shadow of your own who loves to dance and snuggle, then I am the boy for you. (KH)
