Hi there. I'm Declan - the cutest baby Beagle you'll ever meet. I am super tiny, but I have a huge heart. As you can see in my video, I love to have my ears scratched, and I'll grab your hand to get you to pet me. You see, I lived on the streets for a long time with no one to love me or keep me safe. Now that I'm rescued, I'm looking for a human who I can rescue, someone who needs love as much as I do. We can take good care of each other and cuddle all the time. I would also love to find a home with another doggy because I love doggies very much, especially big doggies. They teach me stuff, run with me in the yard, and make me feel safe when you're not home.
