Ruger needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start? DOB: 12/16/2013
Ruger is a very sweet boy who has a lot of energy! He LOVES to play with his toys and chase squirrels! He is a great running partner too! He believes that he indeed IS a lap dog and will lay in your arms like a baby! He enjoys being lazy with you on the couch and will turn over on his back for you to rub his belly! He currently lives with a 9 year old little girl and 2 cats! The kitties tell him where he can and cant go in the house! He MUST have a fenced in yard to be able to run and play freely. He does know his commands Sit,Stay,Shake, Laydown...He is crated trained and housebroken. Ruger does get along with dogs but would need slow introductions. He was raised with younger kids but he tends to be more relaxed with older kids (middle school and older). If you are interested in seeing Ruger we can arrange for you to meet him. He gets overly excited at events so we can do one on one meet ups for you to see him. No out of state applications and applicant must live withing 40miles of Raleigh.
