I am Charlie, a Rat Terrier mix. I was born with RUFF when my mom was taken in as a stray so I have always had tender loving care. I am 6 pounds now and my foster mom expects me to reach 15 pounds. My coat is short haired and I am snowy white minus a few freckles on my back and black/brown on my head. I am a shy guy but my mom thinks I quickly acclimate to my surroundings once I settle in. I have been raised with other dogs and I gets along well with all of them. I have been a bit overwhelmed when I am around bigger dogs but I am sure in time I would be OK. (LN) Up to date on age appropriate vaccines and micro-chipped. Adoption Fee: $150.00 Spay/Neuter Fee: $100.00
