Hi there. I'm Grace! Thanks for stopping by to read about me. I was rescued from the animal shelter just before Christmas, and these RUFF people are helping me find a forever home.

I'm the bestest little girl you'll ever meet. Even though I had never been in an inside doggy before, I quickly learned house manners. I am crate trained and quickly learned how to potty outside. I'm a pretty good jumper, and there's not much I can't climb or leap over. For this reason, I'm looking for a home where my humans have a tall privacy fence or plan to take me for daily leased walks. I can climb right up and over a chain link fence. My foster mommy says I do the very bestest leash walkies. I don't pull or tug, and I love to explore all the sights, sounds, and smells of nature. If you like to go hiking or running, we could do big adventures together. I also adore car rides. 

Around the house, I'm super snuggly. I love to give hugs and sloppy wet kisses. I'm kind of a sofa hog, stretching out as long as I can and snoring as I dream about squirrels. I love other doggies and wrestle with my foster sister all the time. I'm good with kitties, but I tend to chase them around and they don't seem to want to play with me.

I recently received treatment for heartworms, so for this reason, I am available for foster-to-adopt until I get the "all clear" from my doctors, which will be in a few months.

Grace will do best in a home with other dogs and/or  active family members who can walk her multiple times per day. Any cats in the household should be comfortable around dogs. 

Up to date on age appropriate vaccines, spayed and micro-chipped.
